We have received news from York Region Public Health regarding Immunization Programs that usually run in schools across Ontario.
As you know, York Region Public Health (YRPH) has decided not to hold immunization clinics in schools this year due to COVID-19. As a result, they have prepared two documents (attached in this forwarded email) for schools to share with their families:
Please read the letter to families about the cancellation of the in-school clinics program and how parents/legal guardians can make an appointment to attend a community clinic in order for these students to get their immunizations
